By accessing or using LumaText, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

LumaText provides AI text humanization and AI text detection tools. The service is provided "as is" and "as available."

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use LumaText. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to bypass usage limits or rate limiting
  • Reverse engineer the service or APIs
  • Share your account with others
  • Submit content that violates others' intellectual property rights
  • Use automated tools to access the service without permission

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly at $7/month through Lemon Squeezy. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

6. Free Tier

Free accounts are subject to daily usage limits. These limits may change at any time. Free tier access does not guarantee any specific level of service availability.

7. AI Detection Disclaimer

AI detection results are probabilistic estimates and should not be used as the sole basis for any consequential decisions. LumaText makes no guarantees about the accuracy of detection results.

8. Limitation of Liability

LumaText is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.

9. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all text content you submit. We do not claim any rights to your content. The LumaText service, brand, and interface are our intellectual property.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
